HYPERTENSION

 Hypertension, also known as high blood pressure, is a condition in which the force of blood against the walls of the arteries is consistently too high. This can cause damage to the arteries and lead to a range of health problems, including heart disease, stroke, and kidney failure. An ideal blood pressure is considered to be between 90/60mmHg and 120/80mmHg. High blood pressure is considered to be 140/90mmHg or higher.  Causes of Hypertension  There are a number of factors that can contribute to hypertension, some of which includes; 1. Diet 2. Weight 3. Blurred vision  Sometimes many individuals with hypertension may not experience any symptoms at all. KLEPTOMANIA

  Kleptomania is a disorder characterized by a persistent urge to steal items that are not needed or have little value. This condition is considered a type of impulse control disorder and is often associated with feelings of tension, anxiety, and guilt. The exact cause of kleptomania is not fully understood but it is thought to be related to a combination of genetic, environmental, and psychological factors. Some research has suggested that individuals with kleptomania may have abnormalities in brain areas that control impulse control and decision-making. Sex is a physical activity that involves the exchange of bodily fluids between two individuals for reproduction or pleasure.   It typically involves penetration of the vagina by the penis.  It can take various forms, including vaginal, anal, and oral sex, and can be practiced between two consenting partners. There are numerous benefits to engaging in consensual sexual activity, which include; 1. Physical Intimacy  2. Emotional intimacy  3. Stress relief and improved mood 4. Reduced risk of certain cancers 5. Improved immune function  6. Lower risk of heart disease  However, there are also risks associated with sex. These risks include; 1. Sexually transmitted infections (STI) 2. Unwanted pregnancies  3. Emotional and physiological harm  To mitigate these risks, it is advisable to practice safe sex which includes the use of condoms and avoiding multiple sexual partners. It is also important to get tested regularly for STIs.
