An ideal blood pressure is considered to be between 90/60mmHg and 120/80mmHg. Emotional and physiological harm  To mitigate these risks, it is advisable to practice safe sex which includes the use of condoms and avoiding multiple sexual partners. It is also important to get tested regularly for STIs.

Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a problem with hormones that happens during the reproductive years of a woman.
